What advice do you have for people in the public sector that are considering a protection dog?

Be sure to find a breeder that tests their dogs for the qualities that you want. Health and temperament wise. And to discuss training methods and sucess/ failures that the breeders experianced before.

Good advice So many people by a dog according breed from a backyard breeder who knows nothing about selective breeding and expect the dog to perform.

They then think the breed is junk forgetting that dogs  are individual who vary much from bloodline to bloodline.
